Day 1 - Travel to Great Yarmouth with a visit to the famous Bressingham Gardens and Steam Railway Bressingham's four linking gardens cover 17 acres and are renowned for their horticultural excellence. Wander through the main street of fictitious Walmington-on-Sea, home to a collection of Dad's Army displays and vehicles, see fascinating historic railway exhibits in our museum and enjoy the unique 17-acre Bressingham Gardens.

 

2 Free days in Great Yarmouth at leisure. (SAT + SUN)

 

Day 4 - On our way home we visit the Norfolk Broads where we include a heritage train ride along with a relaxing cruise on the Broads. 

 

The Waverley Hotel ***

 

The Waverley Hotel, one of the best located hotel in great yarmouth, just a 2-minute walk from the great sandy beach,right behind the Famous Regent Street (only walking street), near the famous Britannia pier and right opposite the Famous Pub on the Prom.

 

The Hotel now is fully renovated, brand new with Chic modern decor. All 47 rooms have En-suite bathrooms, LCD televisions, Telephone Connectivity, Fully Heated-Rooms, Mineral Water, Tea-Coffee making Facilities. The hotel has a mix of Suite’s, Family Rooms(for 4 people), Double rooms, Twin rooms and Single rooms. The Hotel has beautiful Lounge Bar and a nice Family Restaurant which serves a full English Buffet Breakfast using only Farm Fresh Produce.

 

If anyone wish to join the day 2 and day 3 day trips there would be a small supplement to pay for each day - payable with the balance.

Day 2: Travel along the Norfolk Coastline to Sheringham where we include a return heritage journey aboard the famous North Norfolk Railway "The Poppy Line" . 

We also visit the Wells & Walsingham Light Railway for a return trip on this quaint line.

 

Day 3: £35.00 (Inc entries)

 

Day 3: Mid Norfolk is our destination today with an included ride on this heritage railway taking in beautiful Norfolk Countryside along with a visit to the East Anglian Transport Museum at Lowestoft, A living museum where vehicles of yesteryear can be seen in action, where half-forgotten sounds of the past are brought back to life and is the only museum in the UK where you can ride on vintage trams, buses and trolleybuses.
